Welcome To Hawks's Craft, Home, Micro Brewing Site With Beer Reviews

I have enjoyed beer for a few years, but I have found that monotony in the same old domestic brews left my taste buds longing for more flavor. That desire lead me to find the world of Craft Brewing. The Microbrewing industry has picked up the ball of creativity that the big brewing companies dropped years ago. Many others also feel this way and created their own flavorful brews, that have grown into minor competition with the major brewing companies. Small Mom and Pop's hobby brews have become full time businesses in themselves. Experiencing the beer created by small breweries across the United States, left me to wonder what I could create. This site is a snipit of what I have learned about the beer industry as a whole, from home brewing to Macrobrewing.
